Award winning agents two years running; winning best agent in Cornwall and the South West.
Hus Estate Agents Cornwall were recognised for their outstanding customer service, great communication, extensive marketing and the high prices they achieved for their clients in the ESTAS awards, the largest and longest running awards in the UK property industry. THE ESTAS determines the best estate & letting agents in the country through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent.
The competition saw over 25,000 surveys completed by agents' customers making it the biggest award in the industry. At the 5 star Hilton hotel on Park Lane in central London, celeb property guru Phil Spencer presented Peter Ellicock, director of Hus Estate Agents, with the coveted industry Gold ESTAS award for the South West (West region) making them the highest ranked estate agent in the region, and also the highest ranked estate agent in Cornwall for the second year running.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 said “The ESTAS are about making people happy, putting a smile on their face and making a genuine difference to peoples’ lives. An agent’s role is about guiding people through one of the most stressful times in their lives and that’s not an easy job. The ESTAS help agencies to focus on customer service levels and that’s why firms keep coming back year after year”.
Simon Brown who owns the ESTAS also addressed the audience “The ESTAS are special because shortlisted and winning firms are selected purely on the service they deliver to their clients. In fact just taking part shows an agent’s commitment to their customers and to be shortlisted is a great achievement in itself. For the winners this is the highest accolade they can receive in the industry.”
