Q. What type of agent are we?
A. We are a local high street agent who as well as offering traditional style packages also offer packages at a similar price to online only agents – with the added benefit of our local knowledge and client base built up over many years.
Q. Where are we based?
A. We have offices in Lemon Street, Truro and Meneage Street, Helston open Monday to Saturday.
Q. Which areas do we cover?
A. We cover the whole of Cornwall from our offices in Truro and Helston.

A. In the modern age where there are many options to sell your property we want to offer tailored packages that meet with our clients’ needs and desires as every client differs with the level of service they want. Whichever option you choose we will always endeavor to achieve the best possible price for your property.
Q. Is there any difference in the service you provide with each different option?
A. There is no fundamental difference in the way in which we will treat you and strive to attain the best possible price for you. Within the various option packages different marketing tools/services may or may not be included depending on which level of service you choose.
Q. What if I can’t decide which option to choose?
A. Contact us to arrange a free no-obligation valuation and we will talk you through the different options to help you decide.
Q. Who will value my property for me and who sets the price?
A. Whether you are selling a cottage, town house, apartment, country home, holiday let business, small holding, farm or guest house, Hus will send out their expert in-house local valuer that suits your property type, to enable you to obtain the best price in the quickest time. The price you ultimately decide to market the property at is your own.
Q. Who takes the photos and writes up the description?
A. All photography, floorplans and descriptions are done in house by our professional team to help with the best presentation for your property and proceed with marketing as soon as possible. Unlike online only agents, we do not contract this work to external companies.
Q. Is online payment of upfront fees secure?
A. Yes. We use Paypal who provide secure online payments. If you wish you can also pay any upfront fees by cheque or BACS.
Q. Can I add extras later on?
A. Yes. If you want to add on an extra at any time just let us know and we can arrange for this.
